By submitting your application to be featured in the Family Business Spotlight ("Feature") hosted by Mr. & Mrs. CEO, you (the "Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility:

• The Applicant must be a family-owned and operated business.

• The business must be in operation for at least one year at the time of application.

• The Applicant agrees to provide accurate and truthful information about their business.

2. Submission Process:

• Applications must be submitted through the official online form.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or feature.

3. Selection Process:

• Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee.

• Selection will be based on criteria such as uniqueness of the business, impact on the community, and embodiment of family values.

• Selected Applicants will be notified via email.

4. Content and Promotion:

• The Applicant agrees to provide additional information, photographs, and interviews as needed, if selected.

• The Applicant grants Mr. & Mrs. CEO and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any content provided, for the purpose of promoting the Applicant's business in connection with the Feature.

• The Applicant acknowledges that Mr. & Mrs. CEO reserves the right to edit, modify, or refuse content that does not meet its standards.

5. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer:

• The Feature is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mr. & Mrs. CEO makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Feature or the information, content, materials, or products included.

• Mr. & Mrs. CEO will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Feature.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Mr. & Mrs. CEO reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Feature after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mr. & Mrs. CEO operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

9. Agreement:

• By submitting an application, the Applicant agrees to these terms and conditions.
